Hi, I’m Flossy a london based Food Stylist.
I graduated with a Foundation Diploma from London’s City & Guilds Art school before attending the Edinburgh College of Art, from where I graduated with a BA (Hons) in Painting.
I was Head Chef at the innovative Rude Health Cafe. Through this valuable experience, i realised that i wanted to combine my love of cooking and food with my passion for art. Then i found and pursued the wonderful world of food styling!!
i have worked with globally renowned Chefs, brands and magazines including Wagamama, Wingstop, Ole & Steen, the guardian, ocado Life magazine as well as publishers such as Dk, Bluebird, Ryland Peters & Small and Hachette book group .
i derive great professional satisfaction from being an integral part of the creative process from start to finish. whether it is being fanatical about the placement of a single grain of rice or selecting the 101st chip because the 100th just wasn’t perfect enough. My work is my passion and my passion is FOOd and art.
i am energetic and a determined team member that delivers briefs with creativity, diligence and passion.
