Hi, I’m Flossy — a London-based Food Stylist and proud U.S. passport holder.
I trained at City & Guilds Art School before earning a BA (Hons) in Painting from Edinburgh College of Art. After working as Head Chef at the innovative Rude Health Café, I set out to combine my love of food and art — and found my place in food styling.
I’ve since collaborated with leading chefs, brands and publications including Wagamama, Wingstop, Waitrose, wasabi, Deliciously ella, The Guardian, Ocado Life, DK, penguin, Bluebird, Ryland Peters & Small and Hachette.
Energetic, meticulous and collaborative, I love shaping a project from concept to final shot — right down to the last grain of rice.
